This kind of rope is the effective combination of High Performance Polyester and Supersteel fibers (Supersteel is Black Rope’s special melt mixture of high-performance raw materials – Polypropylene, High-Density Polyethylene & UV stabilizer) and offers a higher tensile strength, great flexibility, better abrasion resistance, easy handling, easy operations and floating properties. The rope is constructed in accordance with EN ISO 10556 § 5.2.1.,MEG4 / OCIMF and SOLAS requirements. The cover yarns of each strand of fiber rope are made of polyester fibers covering a Supersteel core, containing a minimum of 40 % by mass of polyester fiber. Last but not least, the High Performance Mixed rope is manufactured by utilizing the Double Twist technology which grants anti-abrasion and suspensions properties to your mooring ropes.
