Our production process is built on rigorous quality control, meticulously overseeing every stage from raw material to finished product. We utilize the latest technology braiding machines, enabling us to produce over 350 unique rope types with precision and efficiency. The foundation of our superior ropes also lies in our use of premium raw materials, carefully selected for their strength, durability, and performance under extreme conditions.
Crucially, our success is powered by our dedicated team. Our factory personnel, with deep rope expertise, are constantly growing through continuous training and development, ensuring that knowledge and innovation are at the heart of our operations. This expertise, combined with our advanced manufacturing, guarantees safe mooring and proper rope supply, adhering to the highest industry benchmarks, including the latest MEG4 requirements of OCIMF and all relevant ISO standards.
Our main factory boasts a robust capacity of 40 ropes per day. Across all our production facilities, we achieve an impressive total capacity of 85 mooring and wire ropes per day, ready to meet the demands of a dynamic global fleet.
